Cutting

i've been cutting agian. I know i've gotta stop though its bad to do. here's some coping skills to help with urges to cut.

  1. write poems
  2. write songs
  3. read
  4. sing
  5. listen to music
  6. paint
  7. draw
  8. talk to someone
  9. tear some paper
  10. eat
  11. take a shower
  12. hold ice
  13. rubber band on wrist

theres lost of others that i'll try to post later those can help you for now.
